party should in no way give head start to the opposition but it
has to make sure its cadre's do abide by it is code
of conduct and the media, civic organization to make sure
the democratization effort is on track.There is no doubt what
is set as a target by the ruling party and what is exactly done

and Eritrea (UNMEE) has been in paralysis due to the Eritrea regime
refusal to cooperate. The Eritrea regime through out the years since
the mission was established has tired to undermine the mission presence.
