Government makes salary, pension increment
Addis Ababa, September 1, 2007 (Addis Ababa) - The government has made salary and pension increment with an intention of stabilizing the rising market price and cost of living, Minister of Finance and Economic Development said. In a statement he gave to journalists on Saturday in connection with the current economic situation, Sufian Ahmed said that the Council of Ministers has passed the decision for the increment of salary and pension on Thursday.
