I couldn’t write a rebuttal about your article for two reasons. (1) I and you cannot use the same yardstick to measure democracy in Ethiopia. For me bourgeois democracy, the democracy every other would-be-politician is bragging about, is not democracy at all. (2) I would follow your line of argument, thus list and discuss some problems of Aite Gebru’s group. And that would make me ‘Z’BELALU TSAHLI Z’SEB’R’. I believe Aite Gebru’s group made serious mistakes, and they are making similar mistakes that disheartened me. TPLF is not EQUB, Tegadelti of Aite Gebru’s caliber should abandon. But, they already paid their adult life for my freedom and the freedom of millions of Ethiopians. That is more noble and valuable that outweighs their mistakes.
