OLF and Shaibya sponsored terrorist act foiled!

The Ethiopian  National Security Intelligence with the cooperation of the federal Police and public at large preempted a terrorist act in the making. Source close to the investigation told Aigaforum the plot was clearly a work of Shaibya  and the OLF.

According to sources security agents were following closely for days the terrorist cell in Addis Abeba. However once the individuals became aware their cover was exposed they tried to hastily escape the trap. In the confusion two of the terrorist died instantly when their hastily and flawed bomb exploded. The two dead were Abdurhuman Woye and Wondewosen Wondimu. Two others Kefeyalew Tefera and another person were critically wounded and taken to Tekur Anbessa Hospital. It is believed one of the critically wounded has died at Tekur Anbessa Hospital.Other possible collaborators are being looked for at the moment

Informed sources say the bombs retrieved by the Federal Anti Terrorism Squad  has  the same foot print as those that  caused mayhem in Addis Abeba before. According to experts in the field, the timers were clearly flawed and had  a major defect. It is believed the timers were modified with the help of Shaibya . Sources said the flawed timers were the culprit for the death of the terrorists.The individuals were trained and armed by Shaibya according to informed sources.

Some of the items retrieved by security officials include a detail instruction of what to do for each individual terrorist as well as plan of action. Documents also suggest many of the terrorist cell members  have connection to  Mecha Tuluma association as well as other current opposition organizations.
