Really, Ethiopia showed the world its new progress to change the bad feature given by the other world. Many people think that Ethiopia is the symbolic of war and drought.

However, within these few 16 years, the Ethiopia government took many successful measures to alleviate the bad feature. The government ensures both human and democratic rights from individual up to national level with out any limitation and discrimination Ethiopian economy showed the midst growth rate 10% per year according the government and 9% according the IMF, world Bank, the economist and other similar International organization

Now days, the Ethiopian government is hopping to ensure sustainable development for five years. Hopping to the bright feature of the country, the government creates a national consensus with the conservative members of CDU party. This is an other progressive measure taken by the Ethiopia government.

The constitutions of Ethiopian enhance and ensures the ethnics and nations to lead them selves by themselves politically, socially and economically them selves determination Nations and nationalities and people are able to owe self determination with out any limitation and discriminations. Oneness /Unitary/ by force has worn out. The objective and subjective realities of our country during the Derg and the past monarchies were the demand of nationalism .It was the question of nations and nationalities .There fore, after the decline of Derg, EPRDF guaranteed all the questions of nations, nationalities /ethnics , groups/.

This enhance both human and democratic rights based on the constitution of Ethiopia. The federal system ensures these values not undermined the Ethiopian nationalism. Rather, it strengthen the country as diversity and unity( integrity) is our beauty. The unitary based on common interest and willingness of nations, nationalities and people never gets old.

These nations, nationalities and people are able to build a new federal Democratic Republic Ethiopia
On the other hand, the agitation of professor Messy kebede is ambiguous. He tired to cntise, TPLF/EPRDF, that “dividing the Ethiopian policy of ethnicization and enforce the stabl sheet of ethnic states” As you are philosopher and scholar how do you describe democracy? Is there any democracy which undermines ethics? If then do you think there is democracy which never guaranteed ethnics who discriminate by the upper nation?
How do you define the “whole” and parts?
Ethiopia means the sum total of all ethnics nations and nationalities and people? It is not the only sum of Amhara. Tigray and Oromo we are more than to ethnic groups .So, who are Ethiopians?

First, People must trust on themselves, develop self confidence then they try to think about the “whole” After unedifying self Identity, then they whole will be successor. Because the question of identity was the first question of nations nationalities ties and people.
But, what Is your mission professor Messay Kebede? Do you want to mislead the sensitive forces?
In your piece of written “ Eritrea government is more concerned about the integrity of Ethiopia than its own government “ Isayas is well aware that to weaken TPLF is to concretely support Ethiopian unity” It is mystery!
How could Isayas respect the unity of Ethiopia? At what circumstance could president Isayas be the good wish of Ethiopia and Ethiopians ?
Can you hatch dove from the egg of a snake? It is an illusion. Regardless, what you said black and white, fact is fact.
As you said both TPLF and EPLF were partners as they have common enemy the fascist Derg, They defeated him successfully. After the independence the government of Ethiopia was the first government which gave a recognition that Eritrea i san independent country in the world
Even, after the border conflict though Eritrea (EPLF) was strongly defeated by the defense forces of Ethiopia, the government of Ethiopia tried to resolve the border conflicts peacefully through dialogue and gave and take, Thinking that both country and people are sisters and brothers respectively, As you know human and democratic Rights are insured in Ethiopia regarding the constitution .
There fore, how could you suggest that the election brought about the political and ideological bankruptcy of the present government? In our country the rule of low is encouraged .The election was a democratic election though there were minor errors.

Though some members un democratic party try to strike, against the constitution, it was solved with rule of law .Our constitution enhance the rule of law and the independence of Judiciary. There fore, ever thing is solved.
So, in Ethiopia there is not any political and ideological bankruptcy .Rather gets recognition all over the world in political, social economical human and democratic rights. Which guaranteed to all citizens with out any limitation and we are building anew federal system .Ethiopia becomes the members of the International federal system too

Another propaganda or agitation given by professor Messay was “ It is likely the dictator /Isayas / may have decided to try one more time to unseat EPRF government with the help of Hailu and Siyethus they Cry for one Ethiopia” whom do you agitate professor ? Would you like to add a fuel and lit ? What is your target? We Ethiopian need in the new millennium development democracy, and good governance, love and bread not war and worthless propaganda do agitation as a scholar your country and people, from need great concern from you not misleading. Otherwise, from nothing agitation and propaganda is nothing. agitation and predicate is nothing
