Have we concluded that the Coalition was made up of AL and company? Or can we assume or include these. Just a question

Somali Telecom Group was established after the formation of an initial partnership between STG's founders who on August 1993 got together at Rockville, Maryland, USA, suburb Of Washington DC. The Somali Telecom Group, founded by expatriates in Rockville, Maryland, has since moved its head office to Dubai. As part of the Albarakat network of Business. It is also the Mother Company of Hormuud Telecom Inc.[ HorTel a privately owned company that was established in April 2002, in Somali capital, Mogadishu.

In April 2007, as the new government of Somalia (TFG) Started asserting its regulatory and Taxation Authority big business including the Somali Telecom Moguls and Shipping interests balked and let the Shebaba Mercenary loose to start Havoc in the city. What happen after that was all in the news. But back from the comfort of their Washington Suburbs the Albrakat Network, the Somali Telecom etc. Where back demanding for protection as they did once before.

Let’s look at what happened then, between the then US Treasury spokesman Rob Nicols and Ted Dange, a close aid to Rep.Donald Payne.

“US Treasury spokesman Rob Nicols stated that the individuals involved had been removed from the list because they had taken “remedial action to disassociate themselves from the terrorist Al Barakaat networks” and went on to say that they had been “unwitting participants” in the financing of Al Qaeda”.

“Ted Dagne from the Congressional Research Service in Washington, who is an expert on Somalia, called the US government’s decision to close down Al Barakaat “a major blunder” based on “junk intelligence”. Dagne stated that “last year’s media depiction’s of Somalia as a hotbed of international terrorism had been shown to be widely exaggerated.” http://www.wsws.org/articles/2002/sep2002/soma-s20.shtml

This time around, the same group was circulating e-mails such as these including Cpitol Hill and the rest of in Washington, again demanding to subvert TFG’s authority by accusing its backer.

One of Zinawi's main objectives in destroying Somalia's Telecommunication system is his attempt to control the information flow in and out of Somalia so that he can cover up crimes of genocide his mercenary troops are committing against the people of Somalia. This is one of the reasons why Zinawi is trying to close down the Bakaraha Market and with it Somalia's thriving telecom industry. This is designed to cut the link between Somalis in the Diaspora and Somalis inside Somalia thereby making Tigre colonization of Somalia easier. It is also a way of looting US dollars that Somalis in the Diaspora have sent to their families in Somalia. Somalis are resilient and self reliant and Zinawi will not be able to dominate them. Here is an example of the greater heights Somalis have been planning to develop their nascent telecommunications technology. And, with the end of Zinawi's looting scam, they will be able to rebuild their country and telecom technologies    http://www.africaspeaks.com/somalia/250707.html

The question here is can these group be part of the H.R 2003. I ask this because I have another puzzle. The Case of Aster Berhane G/Medhin family and Shabia. According to US Election Commission Campaign contribution discloser, it only took $2300 of campaign contribution for two Congressmen to push for an Amendment on HR 2003 which is famously known as the ROHRABACHER Amendment or Shabia Amendment in my circle.
