Co-Counsel, State of Eritrea v. Yemen . Lawyer for the State of Eritrea in
an international arbitration Concerning ownership of islands in the southern
Red Sea . Director of arbitration office in Asmara,Eritrea from August 1997 to January 1998.
Tribunal included four current and former judges of the International Court of

Well here is Professor who
works for HRW at Wayne State University the Alma Matter of Hailu
Sahwel. I am not sure, if his complaint filings these days are on Behalf of
