The bill as I can tell is dead for good but you know terminal ill patients are alive for the loved ones till the heart stops pumping and it looks HR2003 is alive for the extreme Diaspora, though it is dead, they just do not want to admit!

What surprised me most, our know it all “muhurancoh/Lawyers” are complaining the bill is [dying] because of the lobbying effort by the Ethiopian government. Duh! How else can a bill be killed if not by lobbying by a special interest group? I am sure had this bill passed what is his name…the lawyer… anyways, he would have jumped up and down claiming his lobbying effort has resulted in the passing of the bill!

I know the sponsors knew the bill is for all practical purpose dead thus why they have sought a new assignment. A number of the sponsor like Mesfin (?) have jumped the track, and are now politicians and not lobbyist. Did you know he is one of the new “meslene” for Diaspora Kinijit. The new name is KIC. Much better than “KIL” if you ask me.
