Somali-Ethiopian Community of Minnesota Condemn Innocent Civilian Death

The Somali- Ethiopian community of Minnesota strongly condemns the barbaric act of anti –peace and anti federal Ethiopian forces on May 28, 2007 in the towns of Jigjiga, Dhagabuur and Godey where many innocent Somali Ethiopians are killed cold bolded.

While the Somali Ethiopian where celebrating the day dictator Mingistu Hailemaraim ousted from power, forces that are opposing peace and stability in the horn of Africa and in the Somali Region throw grenade and killed sixteen civilians and wounding many others.

We condemn in the strongest terms the barbaric and cowardly acts of the attackers. The act is meant to terrorize and undermine the road to peace and stability in the region. We wish to convey our deep condolences for those who lost loved ones. Our prayer is with you and the entire nation.
