What transpired Italy to expel Eritrean diplomat?

Isayas Afework loves to occupy others property and land. Isayas Afework occupied by force a splendid
 villa in Massawa that belongs to Italian family Melotti (owners of birra melotti). The villa is very
 sophisticated built in 1960 by famous architect Vietti. This splendid villa in Masawa in front of
 the Red sea, it is considered like one of a magnificent example of Mediterranean architecture.
 Infact it was always the dream of Isayas Afework to have it.
 
 
 As matter of fact he tried to offer $600,000 us dollar to family Molleti but they refused because
 the villa is estimated to worth two and half million us dollar. Isayas told the Italians you don't
 deserve any thing and as usual he occupied the villa by force. The family complained the Italian
 embassy in Asmara. Last Saturday the diplomat Ludivico Serra went to Masawa to check the situation
 and as soon as he arrived at the gate of the villa they arrested him and put him in a military jail
 until last Monday.
 
 
 The military took the diplomat car and returned Mr. Ludivico to Asmara by bus in order to humiliate
 the diplomat.  As soon as he arrived in Asmara Isayas ordered the expulsion of the diplomat from
 Eritrea in 24 hours.
 
 
The Italain government is irate, the vice minister of foreign affairs Senator Alfredo Mantica was so
 furious he protested the expulsion and ordered the expulsion of an Eritrean diplomat from Rome.
 Senator Mantica said if Eritrea does not behave he will take other measure as well. It is to be
 recalled Eritrea expulsed an Italian ambassador in 2001. In addition most if not all of Italian
 charity organization are leaving Eritrea claiming it is impossible to operate in the country.
