DEMOCRACY

You are so loveable 
To you no constraints are insurmountable 
So thinks the impetuous dreamer 
Intoxicated by your great allure
To him democracy is sitting
Somewhere in the clouds
Ready-made and in only one package
All that is required is for a messiah 
To come along and pull it out of there

The republic then will be crowned
