Who is next to beg at the door step of wedi afom
There is a strong rumor that Elias Kifle went to Asmera to clear the way for Ginbot 7 officials the
likes of Andargachew visit to Asmera. As you all know Elias has been at odds with all opposition groups except Ginbot 7.
Do you think Ginbot 7 is heading towards Asmara to claim the merge with the so called EPPF as well as OLF and ONLF?
IF so do you think this will help Ginbot 7 increase its membership from twosome (http://aigaforum.com/G7_The_Two_Stoogs.jpg ) to thirty some. We heard Shiabia has curtailed eppf membership drastically since their performance was not to its liking thus why some officials from eppf are in Europe and dishing it out with each other. Have your say!
Comments
Birhanu Nega,
I say this because I saw how desperate Birhanu has been but I doubt if he is tolerated by wedi Afom. One thing that we have seen through the years is Issayas does not like it when someone talks non stop and Biru is a little too talkative and he may even end up in Sawa jail with his calibrated mouth. Let's relax and watch what happens.....

I am almost 100% sure, I said almost!!, It is going to be Andargachew who is home sick and isloated in London who will be going to Asmara to smell the air of Ethiopia from Adi nefas..kkkkkk
Aiga I really like the song selection, molacha hula tegaletu.

Aiga, I don't understand why you guys waste your valuable time dealing with Elias and his nonsense politics. This man is having fan with his naive audiences trying to ridicule Tigrians. By the way he was visiting his relatives in Asmara in many years (not Issayas though he is 100% Tigrian). When it comes to Shaibia & Ginbot 7 we have a responsible government who knows how to drain slowly the cold blooded Isayas and the coward Berhanu.

Don't be Idiot.

Meles Zenawi
It is Isayas who nurtured and lectured Meles on every thing untill their quarrel on a queer, as a result of which thousands of Ethiopian and Eritrean youth perished
Now Meles has run out of ideas, especially on how to deal with Somalia, he has to beg Isaysa stop supporting the somalis and reconcile to form the great Tigriyans state in the future now they have amassed enough resource that can sustain their state for couple of years without doing any thing

Elias kifile ,,,waw,,, he is the one who trade with the name of Ethiopia is always in the hands of shabiya.... everyone know this fact... waw why don't you forget him. His wesite is removed from the link of all ethiopian owned websites. He run the business with the money rendered by Shabiya.
So, the same is true for Ginbot 7. If ginbot 7 pay enough money to Elias he can do for ginbot 7. I hope Amtataw Beketema will travel to Asmera soon.

The international community itself is watching the crimes of Issayas idly. the UN itself doesn't want a peace in Somalia,if it does,it could have replace the Ethiopian troops with the 8,000 troops it promised to fund.
Elias kifle have been known for a while now as being a proShaebia. the problem lies on the Ethiopian opposition! they are only there to hate woyane nothing else. they say that they are for Ethiopia but forgotten that Woyanes are an Ethiopian nationals even purer Ethiopians! who doesn't abandon their country in the bad times. since we live here with them, we know how they think. They lost in every aspects & everytime they tried to come up they get less wiser! they simply become an irritants of our people,nothing else.
My message to all those failed Ethiopian politician is: please,be a men and call the spade is spade instead of being a haters,there is nothing that you can accomplish by simply being a haters.
Eternal Woyane!

Aiga, as Alula said, perhaps Elias is receiving much attention than he is worth, even the extremist have boycotted him, i think we should all ignore his non sense gibberish. Lets focus on the countless greater issues and challenges that we have.

AIGA,
Sometimes, I think even you guys are loosing your mind. Who the hell cares about wedi Afom and Elias. Can you please stay focused in Ethiopia? It could have been better to discuss about the issue of claim that Eritrean are allowed to claim their property from Ethiopia and invest?
Do you understand the grave concern about this issue? It seems even you guys forgot the blood of our woyanti tigray. What about the Ethiopian who were tortured and abused and kicked out from eritrea? What about the complete distraction of zalambassa and badame before wodi afom run backward for his life? The ethiopian life and property does not count?
This is the most irritating subject I have heard this week.
There should not be a single discussion about Elias nonsense stop in Asmara. We whould be talking about how we can get rid of wedi afom period. This return eritrean property nonsense and somali issue should have been you focus.
Please Aiga, we need you now more than ever to stay focused.
Thanks

You guys @ aigaforum have no moral ground to post such questions because your own woyane has been hatched at the womb of shabia.

Time tells,
Amazing to see those defeated and prisoner's of war at Asmara 18 years ago are back in Asmara while those heros and heroines are leaving Asmara hiding in Sudan Ethiopia and all over the world. Nothing incredbile than this in my life. Time tells.

shabia and shabias kifle will awlways work together
it was the mistake of TPLF by giving mercy to shabia in 2000
if meles allowed our troops to finish up isayas in asmara, we could have saved suffering eritreans from dictator isayas. if we finished the job in 2000, somalia could have been saved by now and barentu, afar and the kunamas would not suffer.
everything that is happening now COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED IF MELES ALLOWED OUR FORCES TO FINISH OFF SHABIYA IN 2000
what a big mistake!!

The next person to visit Wodi afom could be any person from the camps of the blind opposition except the EDP, who are a civilized opposition. The positive developments in Ethiopia have made them so jeleous, that Guinbot 7 and the likes (a combination of greedy feudals, bloodsucking derghists and nonsense powermongers like berhanu ans Andargachew) wouldn't hesitate to lick even the boots of Mussolini if he was alive or someone like him promises them what they are dreaning of. They care about themselves; not the people of Ethiopia.
Posted by: Ewnetu | May 22, 2009 09:11 AM
Now explain to me, you hate Elias for going to Asmara and at the same time I read the TPLF opening the doors for Eritreans to come back. Do you guys think us Ethiopians are stupid people. When you hate Erireans we should all go and invade them now when you wanted to kiss azz we have to do the same. SHAME ON YOU

Dear Aiga,
I watched the video clip of the interview of Ato Birhanu Adello, Head of the Prime Minister's Office and Cabinet Affairs Minister with ETV with regard to the recently passed proclamation. The ministerial council has cleared the way for all deported Eritreans to come back to Ethiopia to reclaim their propery and invest in Ethiopia. I can't help but is there anyone who can explain to me why the Ethiopian Government is doing this rubbish stuff while our own citizens have been suffering in the hands of Shabiya gangsters? Why is the government pursuing agressively to help these hustlers who embezzled our coffers and belittled our people and the country instead of helping to resettle our own people who were uprooted and displaced by the barbaric Isayas Afewerki? Does this action do any justice to the families of the victims of Isayas? Do the government really has any concern to it's own citizens? As a citizen of this country, I demand an explanation from the government.

KKKKK! East Africa is, specially Ethiopia is full of breaking news every minute. Every time I come there is new stories.
Meles Zenawi orders deported Eritreans to come back to Ethiopia? is this aimed to isolate Issayas or just infuriate Ethiopians?
I honestly do not know what the hell is going in that land of injustice.
Let me not say much, let us wait and see why Meles did this?
Posted by: Gezaee H. | May 22, 2009 02:15 PM
This is not news, because, Elias Kifle is a desparate and hateful individual. What is news is that today Meles Zenawi declared that deported Eritreans can come to Ethiopia and claim all their money, properties, etc. and continue to live and inveest in Ethiopia. Eritreans destroyed Zallamessa, Aiga, etc. Massacred innocent children in Mekelle. Killed thousands of Ethiopian soldiers and civilians. Deported thousand and thousands of Ethiopians without compensating them 1 dollar. And yet Meles's government allows these deportable bandas to come back to Ethiopia and plunder it. This is the real tragic news today!
Posted by: Zemen | May 22, 2009 02:53 PM
it is very sad to see ethiopian media playing "enka selamta" with irrelevant shabiya backed medias....in fact ethiopia should have been bigger than this...but unfortunatly here we are tangled with a nation 20 times smaller...whether eritreans or shabiyawians like it or not...eritrea is our small partner!! and ethiopia is the new emerging reginal super-power....God bless all nations.
Posted by: first nation | May 22, 2009 05:10 PM
Who the hell are you TPLF-ass-lickers to tell who Elias or anybody should visit? Shabia created you and Shabia will end you! As to me, both TPLF and Shabia are born-beggers and parasites to the rest of East-African people.
Posted by: Sol | May 22, 2009 07:13 PM
You guys will never get it! What Ethiopian people demands freedom (i.e. independent institutions to express their wills). No county can prosper with such a divisive society and people aspiration is low. EPRDF ALONE CAN’T AND WILL NOT SOLVE ETHIOPIAN PROPLEM and WILL NOT BRING SUSTANABLE DEVELOPMENT. The sooner you understand this, the better it will be for the country and for yourself.
Unless you get this, it is only the matter of time your “beloved” dictators will be in kaliti jail. Believe me, this is a natural phenomenon.

Who is Elias? What position does he hold in Ethiopian politics? What difference IS he expected to make? What is Ginbot 7? What is it ACTUALLY doing? What difference is it expected to make? Is obssessin with every leeeettle thing that Isayas does a thing that receives equal attention with all Ethiopians? Why are some people overtly obssessed with this vermin of humanity? Who is the biggest political force in Ethiopia, Shaibia, Weyane, Andinet, Ginbot 7, or the spectacle that materialized on Miazia 30 four years ago? Is Isayas, the idol of Aiga, a force comparable to Miazia 30? Doesn't Miazia 30 say it all, peacefully and elegantly? Has anything changed after Miazia 30? Can anyone match Miazia 30? Can anyone of you guys predict what Miazia 30 is going to do in the future? Do you think that berhanu is a leader of Miazia 30? SO WHY, WHY DON"T YOU GUYS WASTE YOUR TIME ON GINBOT 7? WHY DON'T YOU TALK ABOUT MIAZIA 30?
Posted by: Balcha | May 22, 2009 11:23 PM
Hi Aiga guys,
Why are you so obsessed with Eritrea too much. Isn't anybody free to do whatever he likes? Why is Elias' visit to Asmara sending shivers down your spine? What about those Eritrean sell-outs who're roaming the streets of Addis & Mekele (talk about them too).
You see the difference- one who has truth by his side doesn't care what's going on on the other side.
By the way, why did you take the video post of Wedi Tukul's song? U were in a hurry to post it when you only heard the part talking about "patience" but realized later what the whole song was about.
As the saying goes "think twice before.....". but I guess that is not the character of weyenti Tigrai. u deported eritreans because " u didn't like the color of their eyes" and now u r asking them to come back and claim their properties.Is it because that the color of their eyes changed now? Amaziing things from the amazing Tigayan intellect!!!!!!!!
Eritreans are happy and celebrating their 18th Independence day colorfully.
Au revoir lihikane weyane we Tigrai.

Have you scrutinized the face of the two: Isayas and Elias. If you dd this, you can see that stress and anxiety are devouring the flesh of their faces. Just come closer and look at their faces. I mean it.

Elias Kiflom is a messenger b/w Meles and Issayas (undercover). Meles is the next who bows to Issayas, He already pass a resolution to bring back the deported Eritreans. Next, picture we will see is the picture of Meles and Issayas shaking hands. We don’t need a crystal ball to predict this. Meles has been undercover Shaebia for over 35 years.

Way, Aiga dear, how come my comment is still not posted! Oh, I forgot to answer the main question uh? Sorry. Here it is:
Sad to say but PM Meles might be the next one to go to Asmara, not necessarly to shake hands with Issayas but to facilitate the transition after Wedi Afoms' fall or Flee. I think we will see that soon. Wedi Afom's disaster is near and the Eritrean are waiting to get a piece of PM Mele's bright mind and wisdom.
`````````````````
Aiga, now that I have answered the question, please post my whole comment. I also have made it sound better for your ears:) So, please Mr. Ben needs to read the following comment in reply to his posted comment! If you can allow him to run his mouth in here, then you should allow us to lesson him too. Thank you Aiga for your patient!!
Hi gual geganu,
Relax and dialogue and try to reply with a sober mind. Your blabbering will not serve you well too.
First of all I'm not the one who said that eritreans' have a different eye color rather it was your PM Meles who said so. As to minding our business, I guess the people of this forum need to know the truth as u r posting about Eritrea (or is it that u want Ethiopians to believe what you say only)day in and out.
I'm not going to stoop low as you and indulge in insults and curses, as it's the character of a person who has nothing to contribute and discuss with civility. As to who's being jealous.....God knows who is the one.
Anyway, do not shed crocodile tears for the people of Eritrea as they are masters of their own destination (and need nothing from others and especially from chifra weyenti).
Take it easy gual geganu.
Hello Aiga,
I am honestly tire of reading this Eritrea jiny janka.
Why Meles Zenawi does not fiish thing once for all. Are we going to go on and on talking about this and wasting our lives. Why should Ethiopians be dictated by one of 3 million people province. Wow, advise your man, to finish this business and everyone can go to work and live in peace. We cannot afford to go on and on like this. This has to come to an end. One time you chase people, after 10 years you ask them to come again. Please stop playing games with peoples live. Is really politics like this? if Meles spend his time doing all these rubbish works, when is going to do a good work? the only time he will have is when people are dying hunger and have to call the world to send food.
Man, stop it, stop playing games. Do not waste your lives and other peoples live.
Dear THE AIGAS,
Thank you once again for your remark to have our own says. Thank you for your good effort which would enable us to move forward towards democratisation of our country.
Having said that I would have liked you to focus on the recent Government’s approach or position endorsed to return former evictees (Eritrean nationals) to have a universal access to their assets. I am still looking that the government has to adopt a transparent ways as to why it come to such decision. What is the ground for it? Is it a precondition for both countries to come to terms to Normalisation? If so it has to be complemented from Eritrean side as well! I believe, any means towards a peaceful settlement is really a nice move! But I want it to be established on mutual benefit and understanding than taken in a by one side! It is also by observation that we need to address the PORT issues and the properties of Ethiopian Business which was confiscated and shabia managed to sell it. We still have many Ethiopians who has lost to pay back their banking loan forced to be redundant from the business arena with out given any compensation what so ever. It is my utmost wish to see the government act and act quickly before sorting the problems of others. The other side of the story is that we need to make sure that we are not exposed bitterly on security issues once again. We need to avoid being paradoxical and ambivalence to say the least!
One last thing about the so called ELI ASS is that I have no words to qualify him except to level him that this individual is highly egoistic and an adventure seeker and who had no qualms to protect the intent and integrity of Journalism what is so ever! Alas…we have to live with those people (IS ASS AND ELI ASS) ,good knows for how long?????
What is new about you Mr. want to be? What do you know about the truth? Quilting and twisting lies is what you do best! You always take words out of contest to feed your insanity! Stop crying in here, if you have any sense you would do something better to save the Eritrean people from the Crocodile Monster mouth you have in power. Your idiotic attitude, comment, bitterness, hate...has no place in Ethiopians room. Your Crocodile Wedi Afom said he is going to chew-you-up until the day he merges to his grave! I guess you are deaf to that uh:) Or would that give you a pleasure? The people that shed their blood and bone to put a this Master in power are called "HUNKUKAT"! You people need to stop lying to yourself and face reality! Oh, no, that would shorten Wedi-Afemuz's power? No, keep on blaming other people. I am sure that helps Mr. Ben...Benardo nurse his pain uh:):) Again, ayten-qalawit, mind you own business. Quilt your lies on your own website, not on Ethiopian website! a road to asmara has been a route for the demise of the olf,onlf,defunct cud,slf,patriotic front etc.it can not be any different for the ginbot 7 which will hasten its down fall by its planned visit to asmara.i wonder how eritrea the hell for her citizens could be the route to the ethiopian extremists who day dream to undo the eprdf regime being helped by the sinking regime of eritrea.eritrea is a sinking ship
Dear Aiga,
If calling back Eritreans after 10 years is because Ethiopia has civilized, why we beg food aid every week? does it mean that serving others others above ones own people is civilization. There is no any substance in the reason you are giving to the public. You are still walking on Ethiopian people. For you, if Ethiopians die, it is fine. If anything happens to Ethiopia, it is great. However when it comes to Eritreans you are there.
I now understand the Ethiopian government is doing because of the Ethiopian governemt is used to thresh the rights of Ethiopians. But one day who knows what we will happen
Aye gual geganu,
U see how you blabber left and right. Why do you run from the truth? Yours is like "Habal beliya keytkidmeki".Whethet PIA says "Hunkukat" or anything to the Eritrean people, let the Eritreans deal with it. It's none of your business. Again do not shed crocodile tear. If Ethiopia is changed, developed and civilized now, as Aiga wants us to believe, good for you guys. But as to tha return of Eritreans to Ethiopia, we say thanks but no!!!!!!!!!!!! "Kiserkeni zireakwos kimelseley Neyamno" is the perfect saying-or bhil abotat.
Just a neighborly advice...kem bado gerewegna aytkun/i.....Try to reason out and discuss with civility.
Happy Independence Day to Eritreans and also for you as u r going to celebrate Gnbot 20.........LOL
I am very disappointed that the Ethiopian government continues to pander towards Eritreans who have for decades tried to destroy and destabilize Ethiopia. When the EPRDF took power they fired and dismissed all the estimated 400,000 to 500,000 former soldiers during the era of Mr. Mengistu Hailemariam who worked in the army, navy and airforce. In 1992 I saw thousands of former Ethiopian soldiers in the streets of Addis Ababa begging for food and money. Some of them were true professionals with many years of government service. The EPRDF had no sympathy or empathy towards these former Ethiopian soldiers. It appears, at times, the EPRDF is more sympathetic and more forgiving towards Eritreans than its own citizens. I wish I had answers to why the government of Mr. Meles Zenawi appears more favourable to Eritreans than its own people. Afterall charity begins at home!
Posted by: Zemen | May 23, 2009 04:32 PM
The burning issue amongst ethiopians of all walk today is the most absurd decision about Eritreans who left no stone unturned to destroy ethiopia being allowed back to loot ethiopia with a full refund of what they looted from ethiopia, not elias or some irrelevant bunch of Ginbot 7 idiots. so lets talk about the real issue, what's is going on? If not you who would stand up for those ethiopians who lost not only their properties mainly in Assab but also those who perished to defend our interest? how can we allow 3 million people fool ethiopia time and again. when are we going to learn from history? do you realize that we are making the same mistake Haileselase made when he allowed etitreans who with Italians came to kill ethiopipians to stay as the most privileged part of our society? needless to say how we got paid for it. betrayal after betrayal. no wonder the eritrerans have a slogan that says "Eritrea yegna Ethiopia ye-gara". nevertheless, you have to know that this is not safe even for your eritreans even for the tigrieans as most ethiopians don't seem to distinguish between eritreans and tigreans when it comes to retaliation. cos that is definitely where this idiotic decision about allowing eritreans have it both ways is going to lead to. we have always suspected you people have some hidden agenda to kill ethiopia but i didn't think you could be so short sighted to think you will get away with it.
First and foremost who cares who wediafom meets or not meets. this issue should not be the subject of discusion of your forum, because it does not have any value for you or your country. there are most urgent issues to discuss regarding the best iterest of our own country and people. you guys abandon the issue that are important to your country and become the mouth piece of Meles Zenawi. the ethiopian people will never depend on the action and knowledge of any idividual but depend upon the collective action and responsibility of the entire society to bring about change, and you know it during the armed struggle of the people of tigrai. leader go leaders come starting from Musse tekele to hayelom aria. However the fundamental qouestion and struggle of the people never stop.there fore please promote the best interest of people of ethiopia than the best interest of individuals and their families.
God bless ethiopia and it's people.
on the [16th] anniversary of the eritrean separation from ethiopia the eritrean leader is undertaking a kind of marathonic interview with papers from the regions and elsewere. he also cohosted an international seminar on democracy with libya and other antiwestern ideologues.from these big events one can easily conclude the followings.1.that eritrea is at odd with all its neighbours i.e kenya,sudan,djibouti ,uganda,somalia,burundi etc and this has been openly said in the intewrview of the president.2 eritrea is also at odd with the au,un,igad etc so that it seems eritrea is the most isolated nation on the planet earth that no one deals with except the few despotic nations in the midle east and north africa.the eritrean leader commited strategic blunder by colliding eritrea with ethiopia,strategic partner that can decide not only the fate of the tiny eritrea but that of the region becouyse like it or not ethiopia is the undisputable leader of this region becouse of its sheer population and land mass,the extraordinarily capable leadership quality of its current leaders,the fact that it is the capital of africa.thus eritrea can keep surviving if and only if it secures its insurance from greater ethiopia.cheers
Dear Aiga,
Is this the only business you do in your life? if so, be a real journalist than a stoogie of Meles Zenawi and Issayas. This two people are not worthy of spending time reading what they do every day. We do not care where they go and with whom they talk.
You need to talk to the Ethiopian people if that is what you say. you have been doing this since I have knnown this website. Man, get out of the kitchen and do real work if you are really working with the admin in Ethiopia.
Please stop inviting to read about worthless people like Meles, Issayas, Elias, this people are wanton and people of high immorality.
shabia is ethiopias enemy and at the verge of collapse so its a political suicide for any ethiopian to associate himself with shabia.
but the burining issue for most ethiopians is the abrupt directive regarding eritreans who were deported because they were a threat. no eritrean that betrayed ethiopia should be allowed back. this is a decision only made by meles because of his blood and deep inside he concurs with eritrea secession. this is a shame.
I am not sure I understand why we have to be concerned with the fact that anyone heads to Issayas...when the man himself is scouring for "allies" in the most unlikely places (i.e. Iran and Somalia).
I think Aiga giving this incident too much importance... If you ask me, what would be surprising is if these "desperadoes" did NOT join.
Posted by: ethiogoogler | May 24, 2009 10:37 AM
Gnbet 7 can go to asmera. why would we surprise. There is a saying in tigray " z tselaka wedi tsbkiti elu aytserefkan" What do we expect from the sworn enemy. What worries me is why meles decied to enact a new rule regarding the deported Eritrians. I want Wedi AFOM to rule Eritria for 20 more years, By then, there will be no county call eritria, the AFRA ERITRIANS will declear to break away from eritria and join ethiopia, the Tigrina speaking eritians will imgrate to Tigray, the saho and tigre will annex by Sudan. Just give 10-20 years to Wedi afom and there will be no country Called ERITIA. I fear meles dekala wanted to do good for the ertirians before he leaves office.
hallo can you please call the dictator by his name Esayas or by his government , when you say wedi afom or wedi some one in Tigringa this type of calling is for a friend or some one in agood relation.call this evil man in his name.
DEAR THE AIGAS
(edited verse)
We have spilled blood, we have sacrificed and got untold loses. Above all we deported these people because they were not peaceful once. They have been asked to denounce the actions, namely the unjust invasion of Shabia over us for no justifiable reason. They denied the government to call shabia despite many efforts to the contrary. Now the same government is telling us …ok what we have lost is lost for nothing? These people shall deserve to come back and got us in surprise once again. This time they can do what ever they failed to do by then…… We do not care for the rest of Ethiopians what we lost and how we lost…just this has to be done……..
I do not understand it AIGAS! Why are these all fuss again? We know that the government is for governing…..But I can not see any reason or aspect of governing on this boiling case. The government should have handled it with a better case and more peculiar ways than this.It seemed, though, that it’s over actions are rather for Ruling. We have been caught by so many surprise of a sudden and rush actions of this government than any by the enemy Government of shabia .However, this decision will remain as one of the controversial, flagrant and most insensitive decision made by any government in office towards the people of Ethiopia. Watch, AIGAS these is highly contagious and very sensitive and overly sensitive issues. I do not think so this issue that we are talking about is like we used to argue and over argue. It is quite unique and does need extreme cause and special approach! I am afraid it could go to the population uprising and fuel to the very bad sentiment people are grudging on and developing over the government for long time. Surprisingly, I came from Alitena area, it is really unexplainable and my heart is melting in broken sadness to have to inform you that the entire villages and community has been annihilated by Shabia and YET you know what people are still living in a cave nearly after a decade. The government has to and indeed is obliged to care for its citizens first and foremost. I am not here to spin over and neither AM I ready to criticise the government. But its actions are still bizarre and paradoxical. That I do not know why!
BETHA
Dear Betha,
Thank you so much for mellowed and seasoned rationalistic approach.
If this action was in the best interest of both side of the family, I would have been the first one to applaud what the regime has done.
However, it is hard to believe this government is hell bent all the time to infuriate or upset Ethiopians all the time. I have difficulty to understand how these people think frankly. The way they think always is opposite to the feeling of Ethiopians. I do not know why? I just have this big question in my brain? why this people always, everyday and every move they do is against Ethiopia.
Why this? why they do not treat both side at least equally? Why are Eritreans favored over Ethiopians? why? Eritreans must be treated equally with Ethiopians, no more no less. Here we have people who tell us themselves they are Ethiopian but everything they do is against Ethipia. Why are Ethiopians paying all these price? why?Why the Ethiopian scholars keeping quiet? for how long is the country going to held hostage by one man, Meles Zenawi who is always tuned to work against the people. Why is this man hell bent like this? is this Niket to the Ethiopian people? and all these bulshit works he does has to be born by Tigreans? Why must Tigreans bear all these accusation because all these?
Does it not mean that he believes he cannot lead the Ethiopian people without upsetting and unfuriating them?
Guys, this is a repeat of hundred times. Look this Guy Meles went to awote.com and told them he has eliminated all those who are against Eritrea. He did not even hide it. He said it clearly. He also told them his record on Eritrea is clean.
Now it is all him alone, he can do anything he wanted. No one can stop him. Oh guys, this is really a misfortune of Ethiopia. Our country is lead by a man who works day and night just to make the populous angry. In the end, it will be the innocent Tigreans as awhole who will bear the blame. Everything he does is being blamed on Tigreans. While Tigreans are like the rest of Ethiopians who have no way to stop him.
Please ignore the scum called Elias Kifle.He has been a shabiya stooge from day one.The more attention he gets the more he thinks he is important. As for Ginbot 7 led by super coward commander Berhanu Nega it is also a pathetic group. Andargatchew has already visited Eritrea and talked with Yemane Gebreab and other Shabiyas.Nothing has come out of it, zero will come out of their alliance.The so called EPPF is an old donkey exploited by Shabiya but going nowhere.
I am surprised that Meles wants the Eritreans to come back.How come? Is Isayas giving back the asserts of Ethiopians he had sent away? Is Meles out to anger Ethiopians in an arrogance that will in the end lead to his own peril?Shame on a government that takes decisions contrary to the wish of the people.Shame on you Aiga for trying to defend this gross mistake!
It is clear many bloggers in this website are disappointed with the Ethiopian government's decision to allow Eritreans to come back to Ethiopia and plunder it for the second time. Instead of getting angry and getting agitated, I decided to write letters to the Prime Minister's Office and send a copy to the opposition parties. Therefore, the best thing Diaspora Ethiopians can do is the following.
1. Write letters to the Ethiopian Prime Minister's Office as well as his cabinet expressing your dissatisfaction and disappointment by raising good and solid points why this is a bad idea. Please do not use inflammatory language sine that is not helpful and is a sign of weakness.
2. Write letters to the opposition parties to vigorously oppose this idea and inform the opposition this may actually be a political gift to them. This can galvanize support for the loyal opposition, such as Lidetu's party. Believe it or not, if the opposition is smart enough and intelligent enough, they can use the issue of Eritrea to defeat the governing party in any part of Ethiopia, particularly in Tigrai. A great majority of Ethiopian remain opposed to EPRDF's Eritrean policy. Unfortunately, the opposition doesn't have the intelligence and the far sightedness to exploit this gold-mine. The only thing the opposition needs to discuss before the next election is the policy of EPRDF on Eritrea and I bet you they have a very good chance of winning the next election, provided there is no vote rigging. Secondly, it is important to recognize that a majority of EPRDF members actually do not support the policy of Mr. Meles, Berket, Sibhat and the likes on Eritrea. It is just that the real power in Ethiopia is concentrated with these three individuals. Thus, the opposition, if it plays the Eritren card properly, it can isolate and marginalize the individuals in EPRDF who are at times more sympathetic to Eritreans than Ethiopians. So, folks, please get your pens and pencils and write to both the government and opposition politicians as well as the newspapers in Ethiopia. That is how we all can bring change on the issue of Ethiopian sovereignty and get our ancestors lands and ports. Please stop thinking along ethnic and linguistic lines, that type of thinking is considered primitive. Think about big things such as sovereignty and economic progress.
Dear Aiga,
We know you are not the gov't but as information media, help us understand our gov't's decision on calling back the deported Eritreans? What is going on?
Mr. Ben Benardo,,,You are just another virus dying with the pill of hate and jealousy. Yet, I AGREE WITH YOU ON ONE THING, the Eritreans were DEPORTED FOR A REASON AND THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO COME BACK TO THE LAND OF ETHIOPIA. AND AS LONG AS THE MONSTER IN ASMARA DOESN'T REUTRN THE ETHIOPIAN owned PROPERTY, we owe nothing to the Eritreans!
ALL ETHIOPIANS SHOULD PROTEST FOR ALL ERITREANS AND ERITREAN ORIGINS THAT VOTED FOR ERITREA'S INDEPENDANCE TO BE DEPORTED FROM EVERY PART OF ETHIOPIA TO ASMARA TSAHDA, BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT THEY VOTED FOR! They had their choice! IF ETHIOPIA WANTS TO ENSURE PEACE AND SAFTEY IN ITS LAND, IT NEED TO CLEAN OUT ERITREANS THAT ARE ACTING AS THE VIRUS TO SPOIL OUR PEACE! The gov't calling these deportees and creating room for them (as we don't have enough viruses left already) to commit more grave acts is one of the bizarre news I have ever heard. I hope the Ethiopian people stands together agains this decision! Nation's saftey and security ahould be the first priority of our government.
So, Aiga, I think you would agree with most of us that our gov't is going wrong on this decision and as an information media, you should bring the people's voice and concern on this matter to light!
Again, these people were deported because they were found a threat to our nation and calling them back sounds giving up our hands. Even though the war has stopped, the Monster is still working tirelessly agains Ethiopia's peace and prosperity and our gov't is making Issaya's job easy by calling his soldiers to our land! It just doesn't make sense at all! Not at this time! So, my question is what is the Ethiopian gov't thinking? Why is Eritrean and Eritrea our concern at this time? I would really appreciate Aiga's time helping us understand this matter. I agree with many people on this blog, the subject should be changed to this matter than who goes to asmara and stuff.
Thank you.
All,
We all know the answer who will be next...it is reported that indeed Ginbot 7 is the likely candidate. So we close this discussion with that and move on to deported Eritreans come back issue. We will open another page for this topic. Mean time blog is closed on this thread. Thank you all.
